What we do on your behalf
- Run the eight checks on every project we show you.
- Visit the site, record it on video and send you the footage with notes.
- Find the real cost, with taxes and charges, in your currency and in rupees.
- Negotiate for you, and report every step in writing.
- Work with your lawyer and chartered accountant on the paperwork.
What we do not do
We are not your lawyer or your tax adviser. Rules on payment routes, repatriation, tax and powers of attorney depend on your residency status and change over time. Your lawyer and accountant should confirm them. We tell you which questions to put to them.
