Why this firm exists
Most property advice in India comes from someone paid by the seller. A buyer with a large cheque and little data deserves an adviser who is paid by the buyer. We exist to be that adviser.
Twenty five years of brand work taught us how a price is framed. Our job now is to take the frame off.
Who else we work for
Our founder is a marketing consultant to ReaRCo, a company that revives stalled real estate projects. Vayu at KVD Windpark in Greater Noida West and Sabari Serenity in Chennai are ReaRCo projects.
buynlease takes no commission or fee from ReaRCo or any other developer. We show their projects beside the rest of the market, with their full history. If another project suits you better, we say so.
