Buy together, negotiate as one

One buyer asks for a discount. Fifteen buyers who will sign this month ask for a different one.

How a group deal runs

We open a group for one corridor and one budget band. Each member signs their own mandate and keeps their own flat and their own contract.

  1. Interest list. You tell us the corridor and budget. You commit to nothing.
  2. Shortlist. We run the eight checks and bring the group two or three projects.
  3. Group vote. The group picks one. Members who do not like it step out.
  4. One negotiation. We ask the developer for terms based on the group’s size and timing.
  5. Written result. Every member sees the same terms before signing, and we publish the outcome.

What we do not promise

We do not promise a fixed discount. Developers differ, and a rescue project with fixed funding may have little room to move. We will tell you before you commit if a group has no real leverage.

The leverage meter shows the city picture. For a group, we check the project’s own unsold stock.

Co-buying

Two families, or a family and an investor, can buy one larger property together. We explain the ownership options and the paperwork so that your lawyer can draft it. We do not draft the agreement.
